Please tell us your leaderboard name and your device, for example an iPhone 15 or a Chromebook. We never ask for your sign-in code, so please don’t send it.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. Every game works as a guest. Add a name and email when you want your scores on the leaderboard.

How do I sign in?

Enter your email and we’ll send you a one-time code. There’s no password to remember.

How do I play on my phone and my computer?

Sign in with the same email on both. Your points, colored-in map and daily results stay in sync.

When does the daily game change?

At midnight in your own time zone. Everyone gets the same ten questions that day.

How does a place get colored in?

Get it right twice in a row, in any game. Places you miss go on your practice list.

How do I change my leaderboard name?

Open the Leaderboard screen and tap Change name.

Is Waypoint free?

Yes. There are no ads, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.

Can I use Waypoint in my classroom?

Yes. Teachers are welcome to use it with students in class. For paid courses, company training or publishing, email hello@eureka-holdings.com about a license.

Can kids under 13 play?

Yes. Players under 13 can play without an account. In that mode we don’t collect an email, a leaderboard name or written feedback.

I found a wrong answer or a bug

Tap the speech-bubble button on the home screen, or Send feedback after any game. You can also email us the question and the answer you expected. We read every note.

Report a leaderboard name

Waypoint has zero tolerance for abusive, hateful or sexual names.

  • Names with offensive words are blocked automatically.
  • Tap Report next to a name, then tap again to confirm. That blocks the name for you right away.
  • Once two players report a name, it’s hidden for everyone.
  • We review every report within 24 hours, and rename or remove names and accounts that break the terms of use.

You can also email support@eureka-holdings.com with the name and why you’re reporting it.

Delete your account

Open the Leaderboard screen, tap Delete my account, then tap again to confirm. Your account and scores are removed right away. For other ways, including by email, see Delete your Waypoint account.
